Pantone chooses this year’s 13-1023 Peach Fuzz and promoting empathy & understanding.
After the lively and revolutionary shade of Viva Magenta 18-175, where it was published in 2023 expressing forward momentum, this year Pantone wanted to give a retro note promoting nostalgia and calmness.
But why Pantone? This paint company in their willing to create a system which would help the designers, printers and more to control and encoding all printable shades for projects, they designed the most accurate system for printing inks on different substrates offering every coloration that was not able to be mixed in the past.
After that success, it is undeniable that the company was influencing every aspect of modern design!
So whether you follow the fashion trends or not, you must know that from 2000 and since, they announce a color that will mark the upcoming year! This color will be used in art, beauty, and design meanwhile they will be promoting a social message!
For this year, the color couldn’t be other than the Peach Fuzz! That velvety orange shade expresses tenderness and empathy between people and supports unity and companionship.
